Paper Cuts

Scrolling shooters are games that I've always found addictive and enjoyable so here is my attempt at one.
The game is pretty challenging and has nine intense levels. There are 32 unique enemies, 14 weapon upgrades,
ship upgrades and much more! Other cool features include bombs and a shield which you can toggle on and off.
Be careful not to waste all the shield energy tho otherwise you may struggke in later levels. Paper Cuts is
quite similiar to other scrolling shooters but the challenge makes it a lot of fun to play and there are many cool
looking effects as well. The unique features will also keep you interested.
Deluxe Snake

If you aren't aware, Snake is a game where you must eat the food to gain points and avoid your own tail
and the walls. It is quite popular especially with Mobile phones because it is addictive but simple and there
are many remakes of the game for both Mobile and PC.
In my own version, there are many different feautures so you can have a more challenging and enjoyable Snake experience. These features include Set Game Speed (Fast, medium, slow), Snake Wrap, 10 music tracks, nine backgrounds to customize the play area, bonus items, enemies, mazes and four different high score tables.
This game was entered in the Caiman Easter Contest 2006 and managed a placing of 47th out of 109 entires. It scored 70%. You can find the review I received along with another download mirror here.

Ultimate Burger Hunt

This game was made way back in late 2002 and was my first attempt at a game without
using a premade engine. This game was made from scratch but heavily based around Mark Overmars'
maze game tutorial. The game requires you to navigate the many mazes and reach the exit in a specified
amount of time. You collect burgers along your way to increase your score. You will come across
various obstacles to overcome and puzzles to solve.
Ultimate Burger Hunt was also featured on a cover DVD for the most read magazine in Slovakia, PC Revue. You can find the details on that here. Note that the site is in Slovakian.

Pacman: Nature Edition

I made this game back in 2002 when I first discovered Game Maker. I based this game largely
on the Pacman example provided with Game Maker but did add a few new features and about 50 levels.
The game is actually very difficult and some levels are amazingly challenging. You should find
this game enjoyable and challenging especially if you're a Pacman fan.
